I hope this message finds you well. My name is Cathy, and I'd like to inquire about a safari trip to Kenya. This will be our first trip to Africa, and I hope we can explore Kenya's wonderful landscape and wildlife under the guidance and help of an experienced agency. I've outlined my planned travel information and requirements for the trip. I appreciate your feedback and a detailed breakdown of the prices.

Group size: 2 people (my husband and I)


Flights (haven't booked yet, but the flights should be these)

Itinerary:

2 nights in Amboseli National Park

1 night in Lake Nakuru National Park

3 nights in Maasai Mara National Reserve
(the order of these places can be arranged freely according to the route, e.g. Amoseli first and Maasai Mara last, or the opposite)

If possible, we do not want to stay in Nairobi. Is it possible for you to pick us from the airport on March 1, and send us to the airport from the hotel on the 6th night directly to the airport on Mar. 7?

Accommodation:
We would like to stay inside the parks/reserve, or very close to the park/reserve, to minimize travel time for the safaris.
We are open to both mid-range and budget lodge or camps. But we do need private bathrooms for all the stays.
We prefer accommodation that is all-inclusive with 3 meals a day and water included

Sample accommodation we prefer:
Amboseli: Amboseli sopa lodge, Kibo Safari Camp
NaKuru: Sopa Lodge; Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge; Sarovawoodlands
Maasai Mara: Sarova Mara Game Camp ; Mara Serena Safari Lodge
We welcome other acommodation options if you have or the names mentioned above is already full, as long as the location is good and is of budget to mid-range

I know that if we choose more budget camps/lodges compared with the ones I've listed, the prices can go down significantly, but please let me know all the budget/mid-range options.

Transportation:

A 4x4 land cruiser for our safari excursions (not a minivan)

Airport transfer service

We prefer a guide who have rich experience in Kenya safaris and good at English. We want to have someone who can quickly locate animals and introduce the animals to us. We are wiling to offer above-standard tips for satisfactory safari experiences.

Special Requests:

We are interested in experiencing a night safari or early morning game drive.

We plan to visit the Great Rift Valley, but we don't plan to visit Masai villages.

We are looking fonward to a detaied itinerany and quotaions with breakdowns for both a 2-person private trip and a shared trip(if we are open to share the activities) along with hotel recommendatons, would appreciate having several accommodation options to choose from.
