Inquiry about Kenya Safari Itinerary (September 27 - October 5)

I hope this message finds you well. My name is JY, and I am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip to Kenya for a group of 2-6 people from China. Last year, a friend of mine traveled to Kenya and obtained a quote from your agency. She highly recommended your services to us.We are very excited about the possibility of exploring Kenya's stunning landscapes and rich wildlife, and we believe your agency could provide us with the perfect experience. Below, I have outlined our basic information and requirements for the trip planned in September. We would greatly appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal.

Group Size: 2-6 people

Flights:

Arrival: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on September27th at 13:10.

Departure: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on October5th at 18:00.

Itinerary:

2 nights in Amboseli National Park.

1 night in Lake Nakuru National Park.

1 night in Lake Naivasha.

3 nights in Masai Mara National Reserve.

Accommodations:

Staying within parks/conservation areas to minimize travel time is preferred.

In Nakuru, we are inclined towards staying at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge.

InNaivasha,we prefer to stay at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort.

In Amboseli, we seek accommodations with views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

In Masai Mara, we desire lodgings that facilitate easy access to safari activities.

We also request assistance in booking a hotel in Nairobi for the night of our arrival.

We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with three meals a day.

Transportation:

A Land Cruiser for our safari excursions.

Provide airport transfer service.

Guide:

Please provide us with a guide who has many years of experience in Kenyan safaris, one who can quickly locate animals and help us find some special scenes, such as predation. It would also be great if they could share stories about the animals. We are verywilling to offer above-standard tips for satisfactory safari experiences.

Special Requests:

We wish for three full days of safari activities in Masai Mara.

Opportunities to observe the night sky and the Milky Way are desired.

We are interested in experiencing a night safari or early morning game drive.

Visiting the Great Rift Valley is on our list, but we do not plan to visit Maasai villages.



We are looking forward to a detailed itinerary and a quotation for a2-person,a4-personand a 6-person group, along with hotel recommendations, I would appreciate having several hotel options to choose from.
