Myself, my wife, and my wife's younger sister – a total of 3 people (adult) – are looking to plan a trip to Kenya from May 1 to May 10, 2026, and we hope to receive your assistance. We would like to inquire whether your travel agency can provide us with a customized itinerary.

 

Please allow me to explain our requirements:

 

We will arrive at Nairobi Airport by international flight at 6:00 a.m. on May 1, and depart from Nairobi Airport via international flight at 1:45 p.m. on May 10. We hope the travel agency can arrange an all-inclusive itinerary during this period, including round-trip transportation (chartered car), accommodation (excluding the night of May 9 if we stay in Nairobi that night), meals, entrance tickets, safari activities, and more.

 

Currently, we have initially consulted a Chinese travel agency about the itinerary for this period, and they have provided the following plan:




    May 1: Depart from Nairobi Airport to Samburu, check in at Sarova Shaba, and go on a safari in Shaba Reserve;




    May 2: Go on a safari in Buffalo Springs Reserve, and stay at Sarova Shaba;




    May 3: Travel from Samburu to Sweetwaters Reserve, check in at Maisha Sweetwaters, and go on a safari in Sweetwaters Reserve;




    May 4: Travel from Sweetwaters Reserve to Naivasha, check in at Sopa Naivasha, and enjoy boat cruising and island visits;




    May 5: Travel from Naivasha to Maasai Mara, check in at PrideInn;




    May 6: Go on a safari in Maasai Mara National Park, and stay at Sarova Mara;




    May 7: Continue the safari in Maasai Mara National Park, and stay at Sarova Mara;




    May 8: Continue the safari in Maasai Mara National Park, and stay at Sarova Mara;




    May 9: Travel from Maasai Mara back to Nairobi, with accommodation arranged by ourselves;




    May 10: Go to Nairobi Airport by ourselves to take the flight.




The plan includes the following services: accommodation (excluding accommodation in Nairobi), three meals a day at each accommodation (excluding accommodation in Nairobi), 3 Maasai Mara National Park entrance tickets per person, 1 Sweetwaters Reserve entrance ticket per person, 1 Samburu Reserve entrance ticket per person, shared entrance tickets for Buffalo Springs/Shaba Reserve (2 tickets per person), and community fee. The transportation will be a chartered Toyota Land Cruiser off-road vehicle.

 

Can your agency provide such a plan, and what is the price?

 

Alternatively, do you have any better suggestions or alternative options?

 

Additionally, I would like to consult with you regarding the payment timeline for booking the itinerary. Moreover, if there are any changes later, would it be possible to adjust the itinerary?
