I hope this message finds you well. My name is Jerry. We are planning a safari trip to Kenya and would like to request your assistance in planning and guiding our tour. Here are some information about us.



Group Size & Travel Dates:

* Arrival: September 28 at 06:30, Terminal 1A, NBO Nairobi

* Departure: October 5 at 13:15, Terminal 1A, NBO Nairobi

* Number of travelers: 2 adults

* We are open to joining another group tour



Our expected itinerary is as follows
*The dates below show one possible order ?? we're flexible on which reserve comes first if it improves the itinerary or rates.

Preferred Itinerary:

* Start and end in Nairobi

* The order of Masai Mara and Amboseli is flexible ?? either can come first or last, depending on what makes the best itinerary and the most affordable accommodation.

* Ideally, on the arrival day at Masai Mara and Amboseli, we prefer to stay outside the reserve. This allows us to rest after the long drive, then have 2 full days in Masai Mara and 1 full day in Amboseli.
* We would like to spend slightly more time in Nakuru than Naivasha, so we prefer the order Naivasha ?? Nakuru.




Accommodation Requirements:

* Mid-range lodges or tented camps in Masai Mara and Amboseli

* For Amboseli, we would prefer accommodation with an unobstructed view of Mount Kilimanjaro if possible

* Budget accommodation is acceptable for other locations

* We only need one room for the two of us.



Our Preferences:

* Safari vehicle: 4x4 Land Cruiser (not a van)

* No balloon safari and Maasai village visits

* Guide: We would prefer a guide with at least 5 years of safari guiding experience. we would appreciate an experienced and animal-friendly guide, and we trust the professional judgment of the guide, so we do not want to excessively chase after other vehicles during wildlife sightings.



Additional Questions:

1. Is airport pick-up upon arrival included?

2. Will the same driver-guide accompany us throughout the trip?

3. What is included in the quoted price (park fees, meals, bottled water, etc.)? Are there any additional services included during the trip?

4. What are your booking and cancellation policies?

5. What is the usual tipping guideline for the guide, and how is it typically given?

6. Could you suggest an optimized itinerary based on our schedule, including the safari timing and game drive schedule each day?



We would appreciate it if you could provide:

* A detailed day-by-day itinerary

* Accommodation options

* Total cost per person
