We are a couple of wildlife enthusiasts and amateur photographers planning a trip to Kenya from May 1st to May 8th 2026. We are looking for a private customed safari.

We have a specific itinerary designed to optimize rest and wildlife viewing. Please see the details below and provide a quote.



1. Trip Details

1. Dates: [arrives at May 1st 6 AM Nairobi] [Departures at May 9st 1 PM Nairobi ](Total 8 Days / 7 Nights for Safari)

2. Pax: 2 Adults

3. Transport: 4x4 Land Cruiser ONLY (No Safari Vans).
4. Guide Requirement: We would like a KPSGA Silver or above. We need someone who is an experienced spotter and knowledgeable about birding and animal behavior.

2. Detailed Itinerary & Accommodation Requests

Day 1: Nairobi to Aberdare

?? Pick up from Jomo Kenyatta Airport (Arrival at 6 AM).

?? Drive to Aberdare. Lunch at the Base Hotel (e.g., Aberdare Country Club) and a short nature walk.

?? Transfer to the lodge for overnight game viewing.

?? Accommodation: The Ark Lodge

Day 2: Aberdare to Samburu
?? ??Drive to Samburu National Reserve. Afternoon game drive.

?? Accommodation: Ashnil Samburu Camp

Day 3: Samburu (Full Day)

?? Focus on the "Samburu Special 5" and Leopards.

?? Accommodation: Ashnil Samburu Camp

Day 4: Samburu to Lake Nakuru

?? Stop at Thomson's Falls. Afternoon game drive in Nakuru for Rhinos and Rothschild's Giraffes.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara (Private Conservancy Olare Motorogi)

?? Drive to Mara. Afternoon game drive and Night Game Drive.

Day 6 - Day 7: Olare Motorogi Conservancy (2 Full Days)

?? Focus: Off-road tracking, Big Cats, and Walking Safari.

Day8: Olare Motorogi Conservancy(Half Day), Drive back to Nairobi

?? Morning game drive and afternoon game drive ends on 3PM; drive back to Nairobi

3. Key Requirements & Questions (Please Confirm):

1) Special Offer: Since we are staying 3 nights in the Mara Conservancy in May (Green Season), please apply the "Stay 3 Pay 2" policy. As we checked the official website of Olare Mara Kempinski, they offer Stay 3 Pay 2 in May. The price offered on their website for "Stay 3 Pay 2"is attached in this email.

2) Night Game Drives: We are very keen on night safaris. Please confirm that Unlimited Night Game Drives are included in the conservancy package and there are no extra fees.

3) Vehicle in Mara: For the Mara leg, will we be using the camp's open-sided 4x4 vehicle? We prefer this for photography.

4) Inclusions: Quote must include all Park Fees, Conservancy Fees, Taxes, Flying Doctors Evacuation Insurance, and Full Board accommodation. Please provide us the separated quote for each category and each hotel.
