Inquire about organizing a customized safari trip to Kenya

To whom it may concern,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Ryan, and I am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip to Kenya for a group of 2 people from China. Below, l have outlined our basic information and requirements for the trip. We would greatly appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal.

Group Size: 2 people

Planned travel dates: from June 28th to July 5th (can be discussed and adjusted if there are any special circumstances).

Itinerary:

3 or 4 nights in Masai Mara National Reserve. ??If the hotel has a "stay for four nights and pay for three" promotion, we can consider extending our stay by one more night.??

1 or 2 nights in Amboseli National Park.

1 night in Lake Nakuru National Park.

Accommodations:

In Masai Mara, we desire lodgings that facilitate easy access to safari activities, or the hotel has a private reserve.

In Nakuru, we are inclined towards staying at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge.

In Amboseli, we seek accommodations with views of Mount Kilimanjaro

We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with three meals a day.

??IMPORTANT??We would like the hotel accommodations for a few nights to be of luxury grade, for example JW Marriott, Angama, or and Beyond. We have noticed that some luxury hotels may switch to peak season pricing in July. If that is the case, we can consider checking in at the end of June.

Transportation:

A Land Cruiser for our safari excursions.

Provide airport transfer service.

Guide:

Please provide us with a guide who has many years of experience in Kenyan safaris.

We are looking forward to a detailed itinerary and a quotation along with hotel recommendations. l would appreciate having several hotel options to choose from.
