I am planning an 8-nights private safari tour in Tanzania from May 18 to May 27, 2026, and I would like to request a full package quotation with the following requirements:

1. Trip Requirements:
Private tour for 2 adults (we are a couple both 37 years old, experienced global travellers)
Transportations: internal small plane + 4??4 jeep
Airport pick-up and drop-off service included
Full-board meals included (breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day)
2. Initial Route:
Kilimanjaro Airport??Ngorongoro (2 nights)??Serengeti (4 nights)??Zanzibar (2 nights)
Please recommend if you have better idea, this is our first time to Tanzania. Please tell me if we are supposed to stay mainly in the west side in May. We can extend two nights for the trip if necessary.

3. Hotel Requirements:
All accommodations must be luxury or light luxury level, safari is provided by the hotel ;
I'd like to have the best price by early booking or long-stay or seasonal discounts, please mark it in the chart
Our budget is maximum $1000-$1500 per night for two persons
Preferred Hotel bands: Asilia, four seasons, Lemala, Melia, Elewana. Of course I heard Singita and Beyond are the best, but I can choose only when it's lower than $1500 or something really special.

4. Please Confirm the Following:

Payment terms and booking process
A list of what is included in the package
A list of what is not included, such as: Tips and personal expenses, Optional activities, etc..
