We are very excited about the possibility of exploring Kenya & Tanzania’s stunning landscapes and rich wildlife, and we believe your agency could provide us with the perfect experience. Below, I have outlined our basic information and requirements for the trip planned in Aug-Sep. We would greatly appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal.

Group Size: 2 people
Flights:
• Arrival: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on Aug 27th at 06:50.
• Departure: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on Sep 5th at 15:40.

Itinerary:
• 2 nights in Masai Mara National Reserve.
• 2 nights in Serengeti National Park
• 1 night in Ngorongoro Conservation Area
• 1 night in Africa Safari Rift Valley
• 1 night in Arusha
• 1 night in Amboseli National Park.
• 1 night in Kenya

Accommodations:
• Staying within parks/conservation areas to minimize travel time is preferred.
• In Amboseli, we seek accommodations with views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
• In Masai Mara & Serengeti, we desire lodgings that facilitate easy access to
safari activities.
• We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with three meals a day.
Transportation:
• A Land Cruiser for our safari excursions.
• Provide airport transfer service.
Guide:
• Please provide us with a guide who has many years of experience in Kenyan safaris, one who can quickly locate animals and help us find some special scenes, such as predation. It would also be great if they could share stories about the animals.
Special Requests:
• We wish for at least two full days of safari activities in Masai Mara & Serengeti.
• Opportunities to observe the night sky and the Milky Way are desired.
• We are interested in experiencing a night safari or early morning game drive.
• Visiting the Great Rift Valley is on our list, but we do not plan to visit Maasai villages.
We are looking forward to a detailed itinerary and a quotation for both a 2-person group, along with hotel recommendations, I would appreciate having several hotel options to choose from.
