customized safari tour in Kenya

Hi,

My name??s Olivia, and I??m reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip in Kenya. I have outlined our travel information and requirements for the trip. 

  ??Flights:

Arrival: Nairobi??s Jomo Kenyatta Internaitonal Airport on July. 16th  6:50

Derparture: Nairobi (We may take a train to Mombasa)

  ??Itinerary:

2 nights in Amboseli Narional Park (7.20&7.21)

1 night in Naicash (7.22)

1 night in Lake Nakuru National Park(7.23) 

3 nights in Masai Mara National Reserve(7.24-7.26)

 

??Accommodations:

We want to stay inside parks/conservation areas to minimize travel time. 

We prefer to stay in Luxury or mid-range lodge/camp

We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with 3 meals a day. 

 

??Sample accommodations we prefer:

Amboseli: OL tukai > Kibo( rooms with view of Mount Kilimanjaro are preferred)

          ??We??d like to try morning safari to appreciate the sunrise. 

Naivasha: Sawela lodge>Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort (Room 73-75)

         ??We??d like to go on the boat ride. if possbile, trekking or riding in Hells Gate park is also what we want. 

Nakuru: Sarova Lion HIll> the Cliff> Naluru Sopa Lodge

Masai Mara: Serena> Mara Bush/Neptune 

 

We do hope we can spend our vacation in these accommodations we choose. But of course, we also welcom other recommendations if the are already full. But if you book other accommodations beyond the list above, please inform us in advance. 

 

??Transportation:

??We want a land cruiser for our safari excursions

??Provide airport pick-up service, if possible. 

??Guide:

Please provide us with a guide with rich experiece in Kenya safaris and good English. It would better if he/she can speak a little bit Chinese. We want to have someone who can quickly locate animals and introduce the animals to us. We are willing to offer above-standard tips for satisfactory safari experiences. 

 

??Special Requests:

??We would love to have 1 night safari, early morning game drive and a sundowner. 

??In Massai Mara, we would like to at least 2 full days of safari activities in Masai Mara. 

 

??Group Size:

We are group of 2 people. But if there are other tourists sharing the same itinery with us, we are also wiling to make up a group with them. The members of the group should be no more than 6 people.
