Greetings! This is XIONG YUSHU, and l am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip to Kenya for a group of 2 people from China. Below, l have outlined our basic information and requirements for the trip planned in June. We would greatly appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal.
Basic information:
l 2 people, mid-range lodge, 10-11 days.
Flights:
l Arrival: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport around July 15th , The date hasn??t been set yet.
l Departure: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, after 10 or 11 days.
ltinerary:
l 2 nights in Amboseli National Park.
l 3 nights in Masai Mara National Reserve.
l 1 night in Lake Nakuru National Park.
l 1 nights in Lake Naivasha.
l 2 nights in Diani Beach.
Accommodations:
l Staying within parks is preferred.
l In Amboseli, we seek accommodations with views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
l In Masai Mara, we desire lodgings that facilitate easy access to safari activities.
l We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with three meals a day.
l While we prefer a private tour, shared options are acceptable.
Transportation:
l A Land Cruiser( pop-up roof Jeep) for our safari excursions
l Provide airport transfer service.
Special Requests:
We wish for at least two full days of safari activities in Masai Mara.
We are interested in experiencing one night safari, one boat safari and one sundowner.
We do not plan to visit Maasai villages.
We are looking forward to a detailed itinerary and a quotation for a 2-person group, along with hotel recommendations, l would appreciate having several hotel options to choose from. Firstly, we would like to remove the last two days of our trip that were scheduled for Diani. Instead, we would appreciate it if you could add an extra night at the beginning of our journey in Nairobi. Upon arrival, we plan to visit the Nairobi National Museum independently. It would be incredibly helpful if you could assist us in purchasing the museum tickets in advance to streamline our visit.
Regarding our stay in the Maasai Mara, this is a highlight of our trip, and we are eager to have an immersive experience. We would prefer to stay inside the Maasai Mara reserve, ideally located near the Mara River. We are particularly interested in a night game drive during our stay. We are willing to increase the price to secure a more suitable stay. We have a strong preference for Mara Serena Lodge, but we are also open to other hotels located near the Mara River, as long as they can offer us a high - quality experience.
With the changes mentioned above, the first day will now be spent in Nairobi, and all subsequent activities will be adjusted accordingly.
