Sincere Greetings from China. I hope this message finds you well. My name is FU CONG, and you can call my English name Kyle as well. I am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip to Kenya for a group of 6 people from China. We are very excited about the possibility of exploring Kenya's stunning landscapes and rich wildlife, and we believe your agency could provide us with the perfect experience. As follows, I have outlined our travel information and expectations for the trip. We would appreciate your feedback and a specific proposal.

We are group of 6 people

Flights

Our planned flight to Nairobi is on August 26th, so tour starts from the following day. The reason why we haven’t booked our flights is because we want to check with you the vacancy and availability of the accommodation we prefer. So our time is relatively flexible, like one or two days earlier or later. 

Itinerary

2 night in Amboseli National Park (August 27 & 28)

1 night in Lake Naivasha

(August 29)

1 night in Lake NaKuru National Park (August 30)

3 night in Masai Mara National Park (August 31 & September 1 & 2)




Accommodations:

We want to stay inside parks/conservation areas to minimize travel time.

We want to stay in Luxury or mid-range lodge/camps.

In Amboseli, we seek accommodations with views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

We prefer accommodations that include 3 meals a day.

Sample accommodations we prefer:

Amboseli: OI tukai; Kibo; Amboseli sopa lodge; Amboseli Serena safari Lodge 

Naivasha: Sopa Resort 

Nakuru: Sopa Lodge

Masai Mara: Serena Safari Lodge; Sarova Mara Lodge; Keekorok Lodge

We welcome other accommodations if you have any wonderful recommendation or the ones mentioned above is already full-booked. As long as the location is good, mid-range to luxury, and it is clean and offer good view and food.

Transportation:

A Land Cruiser for our safari excursions

Provide Airport Pick-up and Drop-off Service

Guide:

Please provide us with a guide who have rich experiences in Kenya safaris and good at English. We want to have someone who can quickly locate animals and introduce the animals to us. We are willing to offer above-standard tips for satisfactory safari experiences.




Special Requests:

We wish there would be at least two full-days safari activities in Masai Mara.

We would like to plan to visit Masai villages, if it can be arranged.

Due to time limits, we don't intend to visit any place in Nairobi 

While in Naivasha Lake, we expect to go on a boat excursion, and hiking/ biking in Hell’s Gate national park.

Great Rift Valley is also anticipated, maybe a couple of photos on the lookout.
