1. Trip Overview
Group Size: 2 to 4 people (Please provide separate quotations for 2 and 4 people)
Duration: 7 Days & 6 Nights (Safari) + 2 Additional Nights in Nairobi
Dates: Safari from April 27 to May 3, 2026

2. Proposed Itinerary & Accommodation
We have conducted some preliminary research and are interested in the following route and lodges. We welcome your professional suggestions should you recommend better alternatives.

Nairobi: 1 night on April 26 (pre-safari)

Amboseli National Park: 2 nights (OL Tukai / Kibo Safari Camp)

Lake Nakuru: 1 night (Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge)

Lake Naivasha: 1 night (Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort)

Masai Mara National Reserve: 3 nights (Mara Sarova Camp)

Nairobi: 1 night on May 3 (post-safari)

Additional Requests:
For both nights in Nairobi, please recommend and include in the quotation budget-friendly hotels with convenient access to city transportation.
We prefer all-inclusive packages covering three daily meals during the safari. Meals at Nairobi hotels can be excluded or offered as an optional add-on.

3. Transportation
A dedicated Land Cruiser with a pop-up roof for safari game drives.

4. Guide Request
We are particularly keen on being accompanied by an experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate guide who can enhance our safari with insights into wildlife behavior and local ecosystems.

5. Proposal & Quotation
We look forward to receiving a detailed day-by-day itinerary and a clear, itemized quotation for both 2-person and 4-person groups. Please also suggest alternative accommodation options where available.
