We really like the itinerary you prepared and we are going to stick to the hotels in the itinerary (ol tukai, naivasha sopa, nakuru sopa, sarova mara, neptune mara rianta). There are a few items that we wish to clarify in writing before we proceed.
1. Could you provide a more detailed itinerary, including specific start/end times for each activity. Please also include the optional activities (hot air balloon safari, night safari, sundowner, hell's gate cycling)
2. We've seen mixed reviews about Crescent Island walking safari online. Do you recommend it? Is it worth including in our itinerary?
3. Can we add a Maasai Market visit on our return day from Maasai Mara to Nairobi? Our flight departs at 18:00, is that feasible time-wise?
4. Can you guarantee the requested hotels?If fully booked, what's the solution?
5. Is bottled drinking water provided throughout the trip?
6. We understand that optional activities can be paid once we are there. We're a group of four ?C can we get discounts for optional activities?
7. What's the deposit amount and how should we pay the balance?

Preferably one room with one big bed and one room with 2 beds.
