Dear Booking Team,
We are writing to request a custom‑tailored African safari itinerary for four guests from China, travelling in late September. Our priority is wildlife viewing and wildlife photography.

Below are our detailed requirements:

1. Flights & Transfers
• Tour commencement & pick‑up: 07:00 on 27th September, pick‑up from a city hotel in Nairobi (exact address to be confirmed).




• Tour conclusion & drop‑off: Transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) for our 16:35 departure flight on 4th October.




2. Proposed Itinerary & Accommodation Requirements




We prefer lodges located inside national parks to minimise travelling time. Full‑board accommodation (breakfast, lunch and dinner included) is required for all stays.




• Amboseli (2 nights): Lodge with clear views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Preferred option: Amboseli Sopa Lodge.




• Lake Naivasha (1 night): Preferred options: Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge, Lake Naivasha Simba Lodge.




• Lake Nakuru (1 night): Preferred options: Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge, Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge.




• Masai Mara (3 nights): Lodge with convenient access for game‑drive departures.




3. Vehicle & Guide




• Vehicle: 4×4 Land Cruiser with pop‑up roof for good game‑viewing and photography.




• Guide: An experienced driver‑guide skilled at tracking big cats, with in‑depth knowledge for commentary. We are prepared to offer generous tips for excellent service.




4. Special Requirements




• Masai Mara: A minimum of one and a half full days of game drives must be included.




• Activities: Night game drives or early‑morning game drives are requested.




• Stargazing: Opportunity for night‑sky / Milky‑way viewing.




• Route: Include a viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley.




• No Maasai cultural village visits.
