I hope this message finds you well.My name is Yijie, and I am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip to Kenya for 2 people, me and my girlfriend. We are very excited about the possibility of exploring Kenya’s stunning landscapes and rich wildlife, and we believe your agency cloud provide us with the perfect experience. Below, I have outlined our basic information and requirements for the trip planned in June. We could greatly appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal.

Flights:

·Arrival: Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on Apr 13th 5:40am.

·Departure: Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on Apr 19th 0:30am.

We want to final our safari trip at Apr 18th nigth (Friday night) at the airport.



Itinerary:

I hope you can give me a safari plan for 6 days and 5 nights. I only want to visit Masai Mara National reserve and Amboseli National park.

I prefer stay 2 or 3 nights in Masai Mara National reserve, 2 nights in Amboseli National Park.



Accommodations:

·Staying with parks/conservation areas to minimize travel time is preferred.

·In Amboseli, we seek accommodations with views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

·In Masai Mara, we desire lodgings that facilitate easy access to safari activities.

·We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with three meals a day.



Transportation:

·A Land Cruiser for our safari excursions.

·Provide airport transfer service.



Guide:
• Please provide us with a guide who has many years of experience in Kenyan safaris, one who can quickly locate animals and help us find some special scenes, such as predation. It would also be great if they could share stories about the animals. We are willing to offer above-standard tips for satisfactory safari experiences.


We are looking forward to a detailed itinerary and a quotation for 2 person, along with hotel recommendations, I would appreciate having several hotel options to choose from. Please do not hesitate to provide professional advice if there are any aspects of our plan that could be improved.
