I would like to express my concern regarding the handling of my tour reservation over the period from 10 to 13 Aug 2025 ( 3 nights) . I was informed that the reservation with the previous tour operator, African Celebrity would be released by 30 May. However, I’ve now been told this has been extended to 4 June.

The delay seems to be due to an accusation that I was shopping around for other tours, which isn’t true—I made a clear decision to go with a new operator, Amazing Memories without comparing options. I made a direct decision to go with Amazing Memories based on my preferences, and not after comparing multiple providers.

I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly so that my arrangements with Amazing Memories can proceed smoothly. I appreciate your attention to this issue and look forward to your response.


Please let me know if any further information or action is required from my side to complete the process.

I did not confirm with any of them except Amazing Memories, which I chose based on my preferences. It is quite normal for visitors to explore options before making a final decision.
