I hope this message finds you well. My name is LIYAOSHAN, and I am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip to Kenya for a group of 2-4 people. We are very excited about the possibility of exploring Kenya's stunning landscapes and rich wildlife, and we believe your agency could provide us with the perfect experience. Below, have outlined our travel information and requirements for the trip. We would appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal.



• Group size:

We are group of 2-4 people



• Flights (not sure)

- Arrival: Nairobis Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on August 27th at 6:40

- Departure: Nairobis Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on September 4th at 18:00



• Itinerary

- 3 nights in Masai Mara National Park

- 2 nights in Amboseli National Park

- 1 night in Lake NaKuru National Park

- 1 night in Lake Naivasha

(or 2 nights in Lake Nakuru National Park)



• Accommodations:

- We want to stay inside parks (or outside which near the parks)/ conservation areas to minimize travel time.

- We want to stay in Luxury or mid-range lodge/ camps.

- In Amboseli, we seek accommodations with views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

- We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with 3 meals a day.

Sample accommodations we prefer:

Amboseli: OI tukai; Amboseli sopa lodge; Amboseli Serena safari Lodge Nakuru: Sopa Lodge

Masai Mara: Serene Safari Lodge; Sarova; Ashnil; Neptune

We welcome other accommodation if you have or the names mentioned above is already full, as long as the location is good and is of mid-range to luxury that it is clean and offer good view and food.



• Transportation:

- A Land Cruiser or Jeep for our safari excursions

- Provide Airport Pick-up Service



• Guide:

Please provide us with a guide who have rich experiences in Kenya safaris and good at English. We want to have someone who can quickly locate animals and introduce the animals to us. We are willing to offer above-standard tips for satisfactory safari experiences.



• Special Requests:

- We wish for at least two full days of safari activities in Masai Mara.

- We don't plan to visit Masai villages.

- We want to have lunch in Naivasha Sopa.

- In Amboseli, we would love to have 1 early morning game drive, and 1 full days of safari activiries.

- We want to go to Masai Mara first, and go to Amboseli at the end.

- Due to time limits, we don't plan to visit any places in Nairobi.

- We have 1 night stay in Nairobi, Could you arrange accommodation for us ? (last night)
