9-Day Custom Safari Itinerary

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Huang Aihua, and I am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip to Kenya and Tanzania for a group of 6 people from China. We are very excited about the possibility of exploring stunning landscapes and rich wildlife of Kenya and Tanzania, and we believe your agency could provide us with the perfect experience. Below, I have outlined our basic information and requirements for the trip planned in October. We would greatly appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal.

Group Size: 6 people

Flights:

● Arrival: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on October 1st at 18:35.

● Departure: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on October 10th at 20:10.

Itinerary:

● Lake Nakuru National Park and Lake Naivasha

● Masai Mara National Reserve

● Serengeti National Park

● Ngorongoro Conservation Area

● Tarangire National Park

● Amboseli National Park.

Accommodations:

● Neat and clean, hot water provided, and bed with blanket or extra blanket to keep us warm during the night are necessary.

● We would like to stay in as diverse as possible hotel/lodge/camps/treetop hotel etc.. At least 1 luxury lodge/hotel, 1 moving camp. Others could be mid-range lodges or camps.

● In Nakuru, we are inclined towards staying at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge.

● In Amboseli, we seek accommodations with views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

● In Masai Mara and Serengeti, we desire lodgings that facilitate easy access to safari activities.

● We also request assistance in booking a hotel in Nairobi for the night of our arrival, considering our late flight.

● We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with three meals a day.

Transportation:

● A Land Cruiser for our safari excursions.

● Provide airport transfer service.

Guide:

● Please provide us with a guide who has many years of experience in Kenyan and Tarangire safaris, one who can quickly locate animals and help us find some special scenes, such as predation. It would also be great if they could share stories about the animals. We are willing to offer above-standard tips for satisfactory safari experiences.

Special Requests:

● We wish for at least four full days of safari activities in Masai Mara and Serengeti.

● Opportunities to observe the night sky and the Milky Way are desired.

● We are interested in experiencing a night safari or early morning game drive.

● Visiting the Great Rift Valley is on our list, but we do not plan to visit Maasai villages.

We are looking forward to a detailed itinerary and a quotation for a 6-person group, along with hotel recommendations, I would appreciate having several hotel options to choose from. If time is not enough, we also want to know the itinerary plan without either Naivasha,Nakuru or Tarangire.Please do not hesitate to provide professional advice if there are any aspects of our plan that could be improved.
