Hope you are doing well. My name is Xiangru, and I am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip to Kenya for a group of 2-4 people from China. We are very excited about the possibility of exploring Kenya's stunning landscapes and rich wildlife, and we believe your agency could provide us with the perfect experience. Below, I have outlined our basic information and requirements for the trip planned in May. We would greatly appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal.

Group Size: 2-4 people

Flights:

Arrival: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on May 2 at 6:50am
Departure: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on May 9 at 15:10pm.

Itinerary:

1 night in Amboseli National Park.（We want to fly from Amboseli directly to Maasai Mara)
3 nights in Masai Mara National Reserve
1 night in Lake Nakuru National Park/Lake Naivasha
2 nights in Kenya Mountain
Accommodations:

Staying within parks/conservation areas to minimize travel time is preferred.
In Nakuru, we are inclined towards staying at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge or same level
In Amboseli, we seek accommodations with views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
In Masai Mara, we desire lodgings that facilitate easy access to safari activities, such as Asilia or Elewana
We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with three meals a day.

Transportation:

A Land Cruiser for our safari excursions.
Provide airport transfer service.
We want to fly from Amboseli directly to Maasai Mara


Guide:

• Please provide us with a guide who has many years of experience in Kenyan safaris, one who can quickly locate animals and help us find some special scenes, such as predation. It would also be great if they could share stories about the animals. We are willing to offer above-standard tips for satisfactory safari experiences.




Special Requests:

We wish for at least two full days of safari activities in Masai Mara.
Opportunities to observe the night sky and the Milky Way are desired.
We are interested in experiencing a night safari or early morning game drive.
Visiting the Great Rift Valley is on our list, but we do not plan to visit Maasai villages.

We are looking forward to a detailed itinerary and a quotation for both a 2-person and a

4-person group, along with hotel recommendations, I would appreciate having several hotel options to choose from. Please do not hesitate to provide professional advice if there are any aspects of our plan that could be improved.
