I would like to confirm the arrangement in advance.
I may have a friend joining me, we want to ask if the following is possible. Her flight is different from mine:
• She arrives at the airport at 00:30 on 27th
• I will depart from the hotel on the morning of 27th
Could you please arrange:
1. A pick-up for her at 00:30 on 27th and transfer her to my hotel?
2. Then pick us up together from the hotel on the morning of 27th to head to Amboseli?
Please let me know if this is possible. And we will tell you if my friend decides to join us. Thank you
