1. Guide Qualifications
Would it be possible to confirm that our assigned guide will meet these specifications?
- a)Minimum 5 years’ dedicated field experience as a safari guide.
- b) Full fluency in English
- c)Demonstrated expertise in wildlife tracking and behavioral prediction.
- d)Proven skill in selecting optimal photography vantage points.
- e)Ability to share engaging cultural and ecological narratives throughout the journey.
2. Hotel Availability & Substitution Policy
Regarding accommodations:
- Regarding the accommodation scheduled for Nakuru, we noticed that Nakuru Sopa Lodge is currently listed. While we trust your expertise, we kindly wondered if it might be possible to explore alternative options such as Ziwa Bsuh Lodge or any other reccomendations. Or if we adjust the sightseeing sequence to Masai Mara*3days+Nakuru*1day+Amboseli*2days, can the originally preferable hotels be arranged?
*Masai Mara： Zebra Plains Mara Camp
Nakuru：Ziwa Bush Lodge
Amboseli：Amboseli Sopa Lodge
- Could you kindly verify if the other two hotels( for Amboseli and Masai Mara ) listed in the current itinerary are available?
- Advance notification with details of the proposed replacement hotel (name and category).
- Transparent disclosure of any resulting price adjustments.
We gently request that no hotel changes be implemented without our prior written agreement.
3. Inclusions: Airport Transfers
Does the tour fee include:
- Complimentary return transfers between Nairobi International Airport (NBO) and our first/last tour hotel?
4. Vehicle Specifications & Amenities
We understand tours typically use 4x4 Land Cruisers. Could you please confirm if our vehicle would feature:
- a)A pop-up roof + individual window seats for each traveler.
- b)Functional air conditioning and accessible USB charging ports.
5. Refreshments
Might we confirm whether:
- Unlimited bottled drinking water will be provided throughout all game drives?
