I hope this email finds you well. We are planning a trip to Kenya and we would like to request your assistance in arranging our itinerary.
1. Group size & Travel dates:
2 people (maybe 4)
We??ll arrive at Nairobi at Oct.5 12:40 and leave at Oct.12 13:40.
2. Ideal destination:
Masai Mara 3 days
Naivasha 1 day
Nakuru 1 day
3. Ideal Accommodation:
Mid-range, such as Lake Nakuru Sopa Resort, Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort, Mara Serena Safari, Savora Mara??
Please check the accommodation availability before you provide us choices.
4. Car:
We prefer landcruiser.
After we pay for the tour, please provide us hotel booking voucher in case of any undesirable changes.
We don??t accept hotel changes when we arrive in Kenya.
Please give us a pp total price (for 2 persons & for 4 persons) and itinerary.

Please find the attached detailed quotes for your kind perusal. This is
all inclusive quote for you, you will not be paying anything extra while
on safari.
We have rooms available as per now but we have not made any reservations,
availability is just through the phone. We rather book early to avoid
disappointment$B!G(Bs.
We will be using a private 4x4 Safari Landcruiser for the game drives with
English speaking driver guide.
Kindly note that we can always customize packages to suite your budget /
interests.
