I hope this message finds you well. My name is Kate, and I am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip to Kenya for a group of 2-4 people from China. We are very excited about the possibility of exploring Kenya's stunning landscapes and rich wildlife, and we believe your agency could provide us with the perfect experience. Below, I have outlined our basic information and requirements for the trip planned in June. We would greatly appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal.
Group Size: 2-4 people
Flights:
?? Arrival: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on June 12th at 14:30.
?? Departure: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on June 19th at 16:35.
Itinerary:
2 nights in Amboseli National Park.
1 night in Lake Nakuru National Park.
1 night in Lake Naivasha.
2 nights in Masai Mara National Reserve.
Accommodations:
?? In Amboseli, we are inclined towards staying at Kibo Safari Camp or Ol Tukai Lodge Amboseli.
?? In Nakuru, we are inclined towards staying at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge.
?? In Naivasha, we are inclined towards staying at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort.
?? In Masai Mara, we are inclined towards staying at Sarova Hotels & Resorts or Ashnil Mara Camp or Soroi Mara Bush Camp or Mara Intrepids Tented Camp.
?? We have noted that staying at hotels inside the national reserve requires an additional payment for park entrance fees, whereas staying outside the reserve only requires paying the entrance fee when entering the park. We would like this to be considered when providing accommodation quotations and options.If quoting for hotels inside the reserve, please include the entrance fees in the total price. If staying outside the reserve, we prefer the driving time into the reserve to be no longer than about 20 minutes.Whether staying inside or outside the reserve, we are looking for options that offer good value for money.
?? We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with three meals a day.
Transportation:
?? A Land Cruiser for our safari excursions.
?? Provide airport transfer service.
Guide:
?? Please provide us with a guide who has many years of experience in Kenyan safaris,one who can quickly locate animals and help us find some special scenes, such as predation. It would also be great if they could share stories about the animals. We are wiling to offer above-standard tips for satisfactory safari experiences.
Special Requests:
?? We wish for at least two full days of safari activities in Masai Mara.
?? Opportunities to observe the night sky and the Milky Way are desired.
?? We are interested in experiencing a night safari or early morning game drive.
?? Visiting the Great Rift Valley is on our list, but we do not plan to visit Maasai villages.
We are looking forward to a detailed itinerary and a quotation for both a 2-person and a 4-person group. If our selected accommodation not available, please recommend some alternative hotels for us. I would appreciate having several hotel options to choose from. Please do not hesitate to provide professional advice if there are any aspects of our plan that could be improved.
