I hope this message finds you well. My name is Wu Yue, and I go by May in English. I am writing to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip in Kenya for 2 adults, traveling from July 8th to 12th, 2026.

Our goal is to maximize wildlife viewing opportunities while keeping a comfortable pace, with reliable transport and experienced guiding throughout the journey.

Travelers: 2 adults (no children)

Arrival: July 7th, 2026 - Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi (self-arranged hotel stay)

Departure: July 13th, 2026 - Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi

Services required: Hotel pick-up and Airport drop-off on departure

 

2. Itinerary Outline

Please note that we will arrive in Nairobi on July 7th and will arrange our own accommodation for that night. The safari program will begin the following morning, with a pick-up from our hotel in Nairobi on July 8th.

3. Requirements

a. Transport

Vehicle: 4x4 Land Cruiser with pop-up roof, individual windows, air conditioning, charging ports, and refrigerator.

Driver should be experienced in wildlife tracking and knowledgeable about prime game-viewing routes.

b. Guide Preferences

Fluent in English, Minimum some years of safari guiding experience in Kenya. If skilled in Locating wildlife efficiently, explaining animal behavior and ecosystem facts will be better.

c. Accommodation Standards

Mid-range lodges/camps preferred, but please also offer budget and luxury alternatives for comparison.

All-inclusive (3 meals daily) with reliable hot water supply.

Maasai Mara: at least 2 nights inside the reserve/conservancy to reduce travel time.

Lake Naivasha: Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort is fixed choice.

Amboseli: Priority order for lodging: Amboseli Oltukai Lodge / Kibo Safari Camp / Mountain View Camp

Accommodation options (budget / mid-range / luxury) for each stop, with prices.

Total cost breakdown (including park entry fees, taxes, fuel surcharges, and all meals).

Payment schedule and cancellation policy.

Recommended adjustments for maximizing wildlife viewing in July (e.g.Great Migration timing, best game drive hours).

Any additional services you can arrange (e.g.cultural visits, walking safaris, boat rides in Naivasha).
