My name is Maple and I am writing to enquire about a quote for an all inclusive safari trip. There are 4 of us and we are planning to be in Kenya from the early hours of 8 Feb 2026 to the 18th. Please see below for specific needs and itinerary.

Day 1 (07 night/08.02.2026) Arrival, Pickup at the Nairobi airport

Day 3 (09.02.2026) Safari: Nairobi ->Masai Mara, afternoon game drive
Preferred Hotel: in national Park, mid range
Day 4 (10.02.2026) Masai Mara, full-day game drive
Preferred Hotel: in national Park, mid range
Day 5 (11.02.2026) Masai Mara, full-day game drive
Preferred Hotel: in national Park, mid range
Day 6 (12.02.2026) Masai Mara->Nakuru, afternoon game drive in Nakuru
Preferred Hotel: Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge
Day 7 (13.02.2026) Nakuru->Naivasha, boat Trip to crescent island (optional)

Day 8 (14.02.2026) Naivasha->Amboseli,

Day 9 (15.02.2026) Amboseli, full-day game drive

Day 10 (16.02.2026) Amboseli->Diani by Train, drop off at Train Station Emali (Inter-Country, departure at 9: 30 am) and pick up at Train Station Mombasa (Arrival at 2 pm ), transfer to Diani

No Accommodation required
Our trip is divided into two parts, the first is safari of eight days and seven nights(mark in yellow ). The second part will be Diani Beach, three days and two nights(mark in blue). I've marked them in different colours in the itinerary. We would like to be quoted for both parts separately. That means, even if you can only offer the safari trip, we are also interested in your offer.
