Itinerary

Day 1 – 26th August: Nairobi – Masai Mara

Pick up from the airport or your hotel in the morning and depart for Masai Mara via the floor of the Great Rift Valley with a stopover at the viewpoint. Arrive in time for lunch at camp. Leisurely afternoon followed by an evening game drive.

Maasai Mara Reserve is world-renowned for its big skies, open savannahs and the annual wildebeest migration. The reserve hosts the Big Five and abundant plains wildlife, plus rich birdlife.

Day 2 – 27th August: Masai Mara (Full Day)

Full day game drives in one of the world’s most famous reserves with a visit to the Mara River where the migration and dramatic river crossings often occur. Expect excellent wildlife viewing and predator action as big cats follow the migrating herds.

Day 3 – 28th August: Masai Mara (Full Day)

Another full day in the Mara to continue tracking the migration and search for big cats, elephants, buffalo and other wildlife across the plains and kopjes.

Day 4 – 29th August: Masai Mara – Nairobi

After breakfast depart Masai Mara and drive back to Nairobi, stopping enroute at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for photographs. Arrive Nairobi late afternoon and be dropped at the airport or your residence.
