Itinerary

Day 1 – 19th September: Nairobi – Maasai Mara

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our airport representative for a short safari briefing. You will then board your safari vehicle and depart for Maasai Mara, a journey of about five hours. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge.

15:30 – 18:30: Afternoon game drive in the Maasai Mara, Kenya’s most popular reserve, known for its vast savannahs, the Big Five, and the annual wildebeest migration. Wildlife includes elephants, rhinos, buffalo, lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, bat-eared foxes, and abundant birdlife. The Mara is also the filming site for BBC’s Big Cat Diary.

Day 2 – 20th September: Maasai Mara Full Day

06:00: Breakfast. 07:00 – 16:00: Full-day game drive with picnic lunch. Maasai Mara offers an abundance of herbivores, making it a prime hunting ground for predators. The reserve is famous for its large lion population, elephant and buffalo herds, and the spectacular annual wildebeest migration. Enjoy your picnic lunch in the heart of the reserve under a shaded tree.

Day 3 – 21st September: Maasai Mara – Nairobi

After breakfast, depart Maasai Mara for Nairobi. Arrive in the afternoon and transfer to the airport for your homebound flight.
